A young family commissioned a single-storey four-bedroom home in Goshen Park, Harare. The plan is organised around a central courtyard — north-facing, cross-ventilated, with the public rooms wrapping it on three sides.
Currently at masonry stage with the ring beam complete. Roof and finishes scheduled into Q4 2026.
Footings, raft slab, services rough-in.
Masonry to wall plate, ring beam cast, internal partitions.
Truss, IBR roofing, fascia, gutters.
Plaster, joinery, kitchen, paint, second fix, snag walk, key handover.
